With the outbreak of Coronavirus, the nose mask has not only turned into the weapon of choice but is today’s most coveted accessory.

In Ghana, it hasn’t taken long for the “coronavirus mask fashion” to actually become a trend as celebrities have turned it into a fashion challenge all over social media.

That is, they are creating special looks to match their face masks.

Some say the intention behind the posts is to ask their followers to stay safe, however, others feel it somehow diminishes the serious nature of the outbreak.

Let’s take a look at some Ghanaian celebrities who have been styled in adorable coronavirus inspired outfits

Kennedy Osei Asante

While face masks are now being adopted to reduce the spread of COVID-19, Kennedy Osei Asante has adopted it as a major fashion accessory.

The first son of business mogul Osei Kwame Despite has been captured continuously rocking neatly sewn African prints with matching nose masks.

Not only has he been exploring alternative ways of making an impression during this coronavirus era but also showcasing individual style through them.

Nana Ama Mcbrown

The actress pulled a stunner on Instagram when she posted images of herself is an adorable nose mask and a matching pleated A-line dress and an embellished collar.

The pictures immediately went viral soon after sharing them.

Nana Akua Addo

The Glitz Style icon of the year winner prior to the outbreak of coronavirus has been dropping photos of herself all strapped up in a face mask.

Now that the pandemic is here with us, the situation is no different as she is still seen posting pictures of herself tailored in all sorts of coronavirus inspired garments.

Naa Ashorkor

Being aware of the period we are in, Naa did not forget to complete her flawless look as host of the 3 Music Awards show with a face mask that speaks volumes of her taste for sophisticated fashion.

She wore a green gown blended with black, designed by Pistis, to perform her duty at the awards ceremony.
