CK Akunnor and Yusif Abubakar are the final two shortlisted Coaches to take up the vacant role at Kotoko.
According to club sources the pair have been selected among scores of Coaches who submitted their credentials for the position.
Contrary to reports indicating Yusif Abubakar had been appointed, reliable sources have it that the former Aduana Stars Coach is rather in strong contention with CK Akunnor who was also initially said to have agreed a two-year deal with the Club.
The head Coach position became vacant after Paa Kwesi Fabin resigned.
Management are hence expected to assess the two Coaches before making a choice in the coming days
Assistant Coach Akakpo Patron is currently taking charge of the team.
