Ghanaian defender Lalas Abubakar continued from where he left off last season as he displayed a solid defensive performance in Colorado Rapids' MLS 2020 opener against D.C United.
The former Columbus Crew defender was a rock at the back as Rapids snatched a late 2-1 win on the road.
Winger Jonathan Lewis scored a 92nd winner just seven minutes after coming on as a substitute.
