Ghanaian academy Right to Dream reached the final of the 2018 J-League International Youth Cup on Saturday in Japan when destroying home side Niigata 5-0 in their final group game.

A brace by substitute Simon Adila and further strikes by Olivermark and Chukwumeka as well as an own goal sealed the emphatic victory for the talented African side.

Tricky William Kumado's effort was diverted by Ikeda into his own net to open the scoring on 16 minutes and the Ghanaians continued to dominate the game before the break.

The coach made changes after the break with Rasso Creley making way for Adila in the 50th minute and the latter opened his own show on a cold afternoon at the Nagano Municipal Track and Field stadium after another intelligent dribbling moves by Kumado before the cross.

Adila headed in a cross from the right after out-jumping his two markers to extend his side's lead.

Kumado, the silky playmaker was yet again at the hand to create another goal as he split the defence of the home side before setting up Adila for a simple tap in the 66th minute.

Adila turned the provider for Olivermark in the 73rd minute for another easy tap in before Chukwumeka sealed the victory three minutes later.

The victory means Right to Dreams finish top of group B with seven points and will move straight to the final of the competition.
