Thomas Abbey scored 14 times in all competitions for Hearts of Oak this season
Hearts of Oak star Thomas Abbey is reportedly close to finalising his transfer to South African outfit Cape Town City.
The 24-year-old has arrived in Cape Town to complete a move to the Blue and Gold Army, it has been claimed in the local media.
