Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi, the Member of Parliament for Anyaa-Sowutuom, has made a bold claim that President Akufo-Addo's investment in human capital surpasses that of any other Ghanaian president, including Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, J. A. Kufuor, and JJ Rawlings .

According to Dr. Kissi, Akufo-Addo's first term in office has seen more investment in human capital than John Mahama's entire four-year term. He emphasized that investing in human capital, particularly education, is crucial, even if its impact can't be immediately quantified in dollar terms .

To support his claim, Dr. Kissi pointed to the recent commissioning of 80 newly completed educational projects across Ghana's 16 regions, led by President Akufo-Addo. This initiative aims to improve access to quality education and create better learning environments for students nationwide .
