The Ashanti Regional Minister, Simon Osei Mensah, is praising the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for its significant contributions to Ghana's education sector. He calls the achievements under the Akufo-Addo administration "unprecedented" in Ghana's history.

Some of the key initiatives he highlighted include the Free Senior High School (SHS) program, the promotion of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education, and the expansion of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

The Minister also inaugurated the Sewua STEM Academy, one of 89 new educational institutions launched nationwide. The academy is designed to bolster STEM education at both the primary and secondary school levels.

Osei Mensah emphasized that these initiatives have had a lasting impact on Ghana's educational landscape, and he encouraged Ghanaians to support the NPP's presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, to ensure the continuation of these educational reforms.
