After a divorce, Trigmatic says, "I wish I were still married to my ex-wife." Trigmatic, a rapper from Ghana, has talked candidly about the effects of splitting from his ex-wife. On November 14, 2024, Trigmatic spoke on TV3's Day Show on how much he regretted the breakup of his marriage, calling it a trying time that deepened his relationship with God.

For me, it has been a learning curve. I've learnt a lot, and I don't believe anyone should have to go through that. Although it was difficult for me, I was fortunate to have God. He said that until we have difficulties, we occasionally take our relationship with God for granted. The musician acknowledged his own flaws in the relationship while also reflecting on the importance of family. It could have been better, but I was flawed. He remarked, "She is an amazing person, and I wish I were still married to her." Despite their split, Trigmatic was thankful for their child together, referring to his marriage as one of the best things he has ever given his children.

He reaffirmed the value of marriage while acknowledging that he had not considered reconciliation. He said, "Marriage is beautiful because it comes with many things." Trigmatic wed Dita Oduro-Agyei, his longtime lover, in a private ceremony in 2017. He disclosed earlier this year that they had been apart for three years; they had previously kept this information confidential.

In an interview on D-Black's Unkut show, the musician disclosed. "I'm no longer married. Many people are unaware. It's not something I discuss. Yes, three years have passed.Trigmatic explained that the divorce was decided upon by both parties and denied any connection between his work and the split, stating that the COVID-19 pandemic's height forced them to spend more time together, which exacerbated their irreconcilable differences. "No, it was really peaceful, but I think COVID made us prefer to be at home."
