Accra, April 2025 — Ayudahub Limited has officially launched the Ayuda App, a new digital platform designed to connect users to reliable and professional home and commercial services. The launch took place at the Atlantic Mall near Atomic Junction in Accra, where the company also kicked off a public awareness campaign to showcase the app’s features and benefits.
The Ayuda App serves as a one-stop hub for booking services such as cleaning, fumigation, electrical repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and air-conditioner servicing, among others. It aims to respond to growing demand for convenient, structured, and trustworthy service delivery in Ghana.
📱 Empowering Users and Service Providers
Speaking at the event, Laurinda Cyriaano, Head of Marketing and Business Development at Ayudahub Limited, emphasized that beyond convenience, the app is strategically positioned to help reduce unemployment.
“We want you to be your own boss. If you have the expertise and capabilities, this platform connects you directly to jobs,” she noted, highlighting the app’s potential to empower artisans and skilled workers through consistent job opportunities.
💡 Flexibility Built In
Cyriaano also explained the app’s dual-service model:
Premium Service: An artisan assesses the task and issues an invoice after consultation.
Flex Option: Customers propose their own price. Artisans can accept or negotiate before confirming the job.
“You set a price and the artisan accepts or asks you to up it... Once the artisan accepts it, you go with it,” she explained.
🔒 Commitment to Quality and Trust
Vanessa Baah-Williams, Head of Customer Service at Ayudahub, assured users of structured communication, safety, and professionalism.
“With Ayuda, we are there from the beginning of the request to the end. We act as the middleman to ensure satisfaction. No more chasing unreliable artisans,” she emphasized.
📲 Public Engagement and Next Steps
As part of the launch, the Ayudahub team actively engaged shoppers and visitors at the Atlantic Mall, offering demonstrations and encouraging downloads. The outreach is part of a broader push to boost visibility and adoption during the app’s initial rollout.
With its blend of tech innovation, job creation, and user-focused design, Ayuda App is positioning itself as a game-changer in Ghana’s growing digital services space.
