On social media, Ghanaians are reacting strongly to the most recent Institute of Progressive Governance (iPG) polls. The New Patriotic Party's (NPP) presidential candidate, His Excellency Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, was proclaimed the winner, according to an update from the Institute of Progressive Governance posted on Angel TV's official Facebook page.
The polls predict that His Excellency Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will receive 50.2% of the vote in the 2024 elections. John Dramani Mahama, the National Democratic Congress's (NDC) presidential candidate, will receive 47.3% of the vote, while the other major parties will receive 2.5%.
