With the question, "If we don't vote for Mahama, who else should we vote for?" a courageous chief has openly supported John Dramani Mahama for president. He attacked the current administration for its lack of openness and broken promises, especially Vice President Bawumia.
The manager compared Bawumia to football player Messi, who was a "game-changer" but was instead reduced to a "ball boy." He underlined that Mahama established thousands of kilometers of fiber optic lines, which Bawumia now claims to support, laying the groundwork for digitization.
The chief cited particular instances of government wastefulness, including the $200 million IMF loan that was wasted and the $42 million spent on digitization in 2018 with no noticeable effects. He also cited the $36 million Odana River drainage system and the $58 million cathedral project as instances of dubious spending.
Regardless of party allegiance, the chief urged Ghanaians to vote for Mahama and hold the government responsible. Mahama is the "tried and tested" leader who has the ability to "reset" Ghana, he underlined.
