Christian Atsu had 11 siblings.
His father, Yonah Akami Twasam from Dorgobom, mother, Sarah Afiko Dzuvor-Twasam from English-Kenya all Ada suburbs and one of the siblings, Rose Twasam predeceased him.
Together with his twin sister, Christiana Atsupie Twasam, they were the 'last born' of their parents.
