Okada Rider rescues woman and child from taxi after water took them away

A very unfortunate incident after this afternoon’s rain. Eyewitnesses claim driver, woman and two children were in the car. The woman and one child were rescued at the beginning, but the driver and the other child are yet to be found. After the rescue team pulled out the taxi, the driver and the child was not found so the eyewitness alleged the running water took them away.
