Eyelash Trichomegaly is a congenital condition characterized by abnormally long eyelashes. The disorder can appear at birth or later in life.
Trichomegaly, according to the Instagram account Medical Creations, has a benign course but can cause psychological disturbances as well as corneal abrasions and visual disturbances if trichiasis occurs. ?
