About a year ago, Hon. Richard Kwami Sefe, the honorable member of Parliament for the GREAT ANLO CONSTITUENCY enrolled over One(1) thousand youths in my constituency in so many training and crafts modules, which include; Tailoring, Hairdressing, Masonry, Tiling, Electrical and Electronics, welding, and Catering.
As it is often said globally that: NO NATION CAN RISE ABOVE HER LEVEL OF HER HUMAN RESOURCE, he is fully committed to the development of Human resources and Capacity building not just through formal education, but also through intensive skill training and apprenticeship.
Therefore, He took time out of his busy schedule to have an extensive engagement with a cross-section of the beneficiaries from the ANLOGA and TEGBI enclave
He commended the efforts of the apprentices for the commitment, diligence, and resilience they have shown against all human odds in the past year.
He also went further to admonish the beneficiaries to make amends in the various ways that they might have been falling short of ethical standards. Also on this mission with him was the NCCE Director for the ANLOGA District, TOGBUI HATSU III, The NDC constituency
party chairman for ANLO, Hon. Rolex Agbe Miheso, and other NDC party functionaries.
The program continues tomorrow as He is set to meet beneficiaries in the DZITA-ANYANUI as well as part of the SHIME enclave .
