Andrea Ivanova, 24, has spent the majority of her adult life transforming herself into the "Balkan Barbie." She also claims to have the "largest lips in the world" thanks to 26 lip injections - but she's not done yet.
Ivanova has spent hundreds of dollars on cosmetic bodily changes. It's just been three years since she began her physical enhancement quest, but she's already gathered a devoted internet following, some of whom frequently offer her money or invite her on free trips.
