Emmanuel Kwasi Addae is a Ghanaian politician and a Pharmacist. He was also a Member of Parliamnet of the Second Republic of Ghana represnting the Asante-Akim North Constituency in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

He was born on July 1st 1925 in Agogo, Ashanti Region of Ghana. He obtained a certificate in nursing from the Heriot-Watt College and also attended the Robert Gordon's College where he qualified as a Pharmaceutical Chemist (Ph.C.). He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.

Emmanuel was a pharmacist and nurse and served in the military from 1943 to 1947. He was also the proprietor of the New Town Pharmacy, a member of the Ghana Pharmacy and Poison Board, and a member of the Technical Committee for Drugs Standards.

Political career

Duringthe 1969 parliamentary elections, he was elected as Member of Parliament for the Second Republic. On the ticket of the Progress Party (PP), he represented the Asante-Akim North Constituency
