She had confided in her family that her conjugal rights were at the centre of her fights with her husband.
Last moments alive
On Friday, the 22-year-old is said to have gone to a funeral around Risper’s home and managed to convince her to return to their matrimonial house to pick up her clothes.
“But because of her safety, we asked our younger brother to drop them on a motorbike and come back with her,” her brother said.
This was the last time that she was seen alive with her body being found the following day.
The man has since gone into hiding and the family is now demanding justice.
“We want justice for our sister. We suspect it was a set-up and that there was a group of people involved in killing our sister. The husband could not have done it by himself,” the family said.
