Accra, 25 July, GNA - Freda Prempeh, Minister of State at the Presidency and Member of Parliament for Tano North, has been appointed Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
She succeeds Cecilia Abena Dapaah, who resigned the previous Saturday.
The President has also appointed Mavis Nkansah Boadu, the Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways and the Member of Parliament for Afigya Sekyere East, as the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, according to a statement issued by the Communications Directorate of Jubilee House on Tuesday.
Thomas Mbomba, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration and the Member of Parliament for Tatale/Sanguli, has also been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Roads and Highways.
