He recalls that Alan Cash served as a cabinet minister for eight years under the leadership of John Agyekum Kufuor.

He also served as a cabinet minister in the government of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the previous six years.

Kevin Taylor claims that it is difficult to determine his political achievements under both the John Agyekum Kufuor and Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo administrations.

According to Kevin, it will be crucial for the youthful members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to carefully consider who they elect to lead the party because Alan Kyerematen hasn't shown that he deserves the position.

"Alan Kyerematen is a good gentleman whom I respect, but I don't see him becoming president. He lacks the qualifications to be president of Ghana. You may find it difficult to hear me criticise Alan harshly because while I admire his gentlemanly qualities, he lacks the intelligence to be a good leader. I apologise for disappointing Alan and his crew, but the truth is the truth. Alan has always had a strong sense of himself as an American Muslim.”

He claimed that Alan Kyerematen lacked the intellectual capacity to introduce anything that could change the course of events.
