Neenyi Ghartey VII, Chancellor of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has pushed for the improvement of youth-focused policies to support entrepreneurship and vocational training for greater national prosperity.
During his sessional presentation at the 27th Congregation of the University at Winneba on Saturday, he emphasised the need for rapid action in light of the current economic and job issues affecting West Africa. According to him, government policies must make it easier for educational institutions and businesses to work together to match course offerings to market demands.
