A $52 million loan arrangement between the Ghanaian government and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has been approved by parliament.
The Promoting Rural Opportunities, Sustainable Profits, and Environmental Resilience (PROSPER) initiative will be funded by the loan.
The loan is made up of a mix of $17 million in concessional financing and $35 million in conventional financing.
