Since 1999, Asantehene Otumfour Osei Tutu II has presided as the nation's leader. He was created in Ghana's Ashanti region in 1950. The Asantehene's real name is as follows.
Because of his status inside the Kingdom, he is known as Otumfour Osei Tutu II. Therefore, every Ashanti King or Chief must be addressed as Otumfour Osei Tutu.
But this wonderful man was given the name "Nana Barima Kwaku Duah" at birth. He is the Ashanti Kingdom's 16th Chief and King.
In addition, he serves as chancellor of Kumasi's Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He is married and has six kids.
He has a lot of international contacts because of his position, and he lives in a palace in Manhyia.
