What Sultan & Gen Abdusalami did for Nigeria, $10B can't buy it, they save us from shame-Chunks Akunna
According to Chuks Akunna, Executive Director of the Authority newspaper, no amount of money, not even 10 billion dollars, can buy what the Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Abdullahi, and General Abdulsalami achieved for Nigeria. He claimed that they both spared Nigeria from being embarrassed.
This comment was made by Chuks Akunna during an interview with AIT that aired on the Kakaaki programme. He was responding to the news that General Abdusalami and the Sultan of Sokoto had travelled to Niger in order to have a conversation there.
According to Chuks Akunna, what took place in Niger Republic yesterday during the visit of General Abdusalami and the Sultan of Sokoto is a positive development that deserves a lot of praise.
"What General Abdusalami and the Sultan of Sokoto did for Nigeria, you couldn't buy that for ten billion dollars," said the speaker. They spared Nigeria a tremendous amount of public humiliation.
It was around two in the morning when he stated he heard that the Sultan of Sokoto and General Abdusalam had returned.
According to him, the report that was made public yesterday by Tajudeen Ajulo, who serves as a Special Adviser to the President, stated that the visit to Niger made by Abdusalami and the Sultan of Sokoto is in accordance with Tinubu's policy.
"We should thank his eminent for helping Tinubu because today is Friday, the ultimatum would have ended on Sunday, and imagine if you give somebody an ultimatum and it elapses and you were not able to say jack." "We all know that...we should thank his eminent for helping Tinubu because the ultimatum would have ended on Sunday."
