Why do some Parrots talk more than others? For instance, everywhere one turns you find Parrot Tom and Parrot Kwaku going ga-ga-ga-ga. Conversely, the other Parrots, though equally fractious, they are not as hooty as Kwaku and Tom.

Question: Is it because the loquacious Parrots are fed frequently and in larger portions, in the form of allawa, than the other Parrots?

All insights are welcome, though I don't expect any rational response from the targets.
