List of players signed by Hearts of Oak and Kotoko ahead of new season
Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko have been among the busiest clubs in the transfer window as the two Ghanaian giants strengthen their squads ahead of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
Hearts of Oak have bolstered their squad with a number of new additions, including Abdul Aziz, Ebenezer Amoh, Rockson Kyeremeh, Manuel Osei Djan, Caleb Koranteng, Alex Banso, Prince Amevor, Vicente Anane, Mamadou Kader Kourouma and Dominic Nsobila.
The Phobians have also added experience and attacking quality to their squad as they seek to mount a serious challenge in the upcoming campaign.

Asante Kotoko, on the other hand, have also been active in the transfer market, bringing in both local and foreign players.
The Porcupine Warriors have signed Moroccan goalkeeper Abdel Wadie Mourad, alongside Danlad Ibrahim, Koffi Marius Ange Bini, Abdoul Kader Tarnagda, Solomon Nsoh Asaah, Emmanuel Mamah, Isaac Opoku Agyemang and Umar Ali.
Kotoko's recruitment has also included players from across the West African region as the club looks to build a competitive squad for the new season.
The two clubs are expected to be among the teams attracting significant attention as they look to challenge for domestic honours.
