Ghanaian musician Article Wan has appealed to his fans to rally behind his hit song Fire after revealing that it has slipped down the Apple Music Ghana chart following the release of new projects by Kweku Smoke and Black Sherif.
In a video shared on his TikTok page, the singer expressed shock at how quickly the song dropped after recently occupying the number one spot on the streaming platform.
“Fan dem, fan dem, e be critical. Fire dey for Apple chart, Apple Ghana. Then Fire dey number one. My song Article Wan Fire then e dey number one. Kweku Smoke drop album, Black Sherif drop. My song, I search my song for the chart top. I scroll down, down, down. I no dey see my song,” he stated in pidgin

The musician admitted that he was struggling to locate the song on the chart and pleaded with fans to help push it back up.
“So right now I dey look for where my song dey on the chart. I beg, if you know which number my song dey for Apple Music, tell me. Fan dem, tell me. The thing nothing go fit quench the fire, but something wan disturb the fire. E be critical. Fan dem, wake up. Wake up. I beg,” he added.
Article Wan’s appeal comes days after Kweku Smoke released a new album and Black Sherif dropped a new EP, both of which have dominated conversations and streaming charts in Ghana.
