'It's not offering' - Lady cries after mistakenly sending ₦1.64m to Pastor Jerry Eze's church

A Nigerian woman identified as Sandra Opara has appealed for help after allegedly transferring ₦1,640,200 [GH¢14,152] to an account allegedly belonging to Pastor Jerry Eze’s church by mistake.

According to Sandra, the money was intended for the registration of people on Value Circle Africa but was mistakenly sent to a Zenith Bank account associated with the church.

In an emotional viral video, she claimed that she realised the mistake a few hours after making the transfer and has since been trying to recover the funds.

The incident reportedly occurred on September 11, 2026.

Sandra, who described herself as a single mother of two, said the money does not belong to her and that the people expecting the funds have been calling her.
