Afia Schwarzenegger is in love with me – Rev Owusu Bempah asserts
Reverend Owusu Bempah, founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, has claimed that media personality Afia Schwarzenegger is in love with him despite her public criticisms of him.
Speaking in an interview on Aluta FM on September 20, 2026, Rev Owusu Bempah alleged that Afia Schwarzenegger regularly informs him whenever she is travelling to Ghana and often visits his residence.
According to the preacher, Afia Schwarzenegger has repeatedly insulted him publicly but maintains a different relationship with him privately.
“As Afia Schwarzenegger has been insulting me, whenever she’s coming to Ghana, she will call and inform me that she’s coming home. She is in love with me and I know she will insult me for what I’m saying. She comes to my house often and she loves me,” he said.
Rev Owusu Bempah further stated that Afia Schwarzenegger once claimed he had asked her to find him a woman in South Africa.

He, however, shared that he found the claim contradictory because, in his view, she had feelings for him.
“The last time, she said I asked her to get me a lady in South Africa, meanwhile, she’s the same woman who loves me,” he stated.
The preacher noted that Afia Schwarzenegger isn’t his preferred type of woman, adding that he would have considered marriage if that were the case.
“Afia is not my type; if not, I would have checked some things and seen if I could marry her,” he added.
