Ghanaian Hiplife musician Reggie Zippy has recounted the charges that were levelled against him during his arrest in 2025.
In a video shared on social media on September 24, 2026, Reggie Zippy explained that his arrest was linked to a post he made on his birthday, July 16, 2025, as well as another post he made during the Father’s Day celebration.
According to the musician, who was charged with breaching a non-molestation order, there was no way he would beg a woman to allow him to see his children.

Reggie Zippy explained that one of his posts centred on how he would rather have another child since he still can father children.
“My own manhood was part of my charges. I posted that, so far as I am a man and my manhood was working, there was no way I would beg someone to allow me to see my children.
“I said instead of pleading, I would give birth to another child, and the post was screenshotted and taken to the police station for me to be arrested. Meanwhile, there are women in this country who are being beaten by men,” he said.
