Man in his 60s seeks help over alleged sexual acts with animals since age 15
A man in his 60s, identified only as Efo, has appealed to the public for help, forgiveness and spiritual intervention after claiming he began engaging in sexual acts with animals, including dogs, goats and chickens, at the age of 15.
Efo, who said he had battled gonorrhoea for several years, disclosed his experiences on Otec FM’s afternoon social programme, 'Asem Beba Dadi', hosted by Krobea Nana Yaw Asante on October 20, 2026.
He said his condition had persisted despite seeking help from various sources.
“I have visited hospitals, traditional shrines, churches and herbal medicine practitioners in search of a cure, but all efforts have yielded no lasting relief,” he said.
According to Efo, the prolonged struggle had left him in financial distress after he spent substantial amounts of money seeking treatment and spiritual healing.
He further claimed that his inability to control his sexual urges had led him to engage in sexual encounters with women in the bush.
He said he suspected that one of these encounters might have contributed to his infection, although the source of the illness had not been medically established.
Efo appealed to the public for assistance in finding appropriate treatment and obtaining the spiritual deliverance he believes he needs.
Beyond his health concerns, he also sought forgiveness over past actions, claiming that he had taken his best friend’s pregnant wife, arranged for the pregnancy to be terminated and subsequently married her.
He expressed a desire to receive help and make peace with his past as he continues to grapple with his condition.
However, Efo’s claims about the cause and persistence of his illness could not be independently verified. Gonorrhoea requires proper medical diagnosis and treatment, and its cause cannot be established from the account alone.
