The public is hereby notified of an upcoming auction sale of six (6) industrial warehouses, an uncompleted office complex, and an outhouse located at Apowa, Takoradi, in the Western Region.
The auction will be conducted pursuant to the Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2020 (Act 1052).
Property Description
The properties comprise six industrial warehouses identified as M1, M2, M5, M6, GL1 and GL2, together with an uncompleted office complex and an outhouse.
The properties are situated on approximately 4.85 acres of land at Apowa, Takoradi.
Property Location: WH-1933-6512, Apowa, Takoradi, Western Region.
