the signing ceremony.
The day of August 1, was a historical and happy day for Ghana as many
witnessed the final phase of the Ghana's share of its allocation of the
Millenium Challenge Account (MCA) and that was the signing ceremony which
occurred at the State Department in Washington, DC.
