Dear GhanaWeb: Three women are pregnant for me at the same time

Dear GhanaWeb,
I thought I had seen it all until the last two weeks happened. Three different women messaged me the same thing: "I'm pregnant."
At first, I laughed because I've heard those words before. In the past, it usually ended with them deciding not to keep it. This time was different. I tried talking, explaining, pleading, and even hoping one of them would change her mind. None of them did.
The funny part is that these women don't know each other. Yet the way they're standing their ground, you'd think they attended a secret meeting and agreed on one mission.
I'm 31 years old, educated, fluent in English, and I know I attract women easily. The problem is that attraction doesn't pay bills. I don't have money.
In fact, if we're being honest, some of these women have been helping me financially. I'm currently owing about ten different women money, and they're all calm about it because each one believes she's the only woman in my life.
Now imagine my situation. Three pregnancies, around the same period.
And my mind keeps creating worse scenarios. What if all three of them have twins? How do I explain that to my future self?
The truth is, I'm not ready to be a father. Not once, not three times at once. Marriage isn't even in my plans right now, and even if it was, none of these women are the kind of partner I see myself settling down with.
Every morning, I wake up hoping one of them sends a different message. Instead, they're all preparing for motherhood while I'm sitting here trying to figure out how my life became a group project.
Right now, I genuinely don't know what to do. If you were in my shoes and three women told you they were pregnant within two weeks, what would your next move be?
