Obi Cubana gifts Pastor Jerry Eze N500 million mansion for birthday
Nigerian businessman and socialite, Obi Cubana, has celebrated popular Nigerian pastor Jerry Eze on his birthday with an extraordinary gift, a mansion reportedly worth N500 million.
In a heartfelt birthday message, Obi Cubana described Pastor Jerry Eze as one of his “most amazing brothers,” a man of God and a close friend who has consistently supported and interceded for him and his family.
He said his decision to gift the property was inspired by his appreciation for Pastor Jerry’s friendship, prayers and commitment to his ministry.
Obi Cubana recalled that Pastor Jerry visited him in January, during which he silently prayed that by the pastor’s next birthday, he would be able to complete and gift him one of his properties.
According to him, although construction of the property was still ongoing, he decided to formally present it to Pastor Jerry as a birthday gift dedicated to the work of God and the service of humanity.

“Today I am presenting one to you as a birthday gift. For the work of God and for the service of mankind,” he said.
He described the gesture as a fulfilment of a personal desire to honour the pastor and support his work.
Obi Cubana also expressed gratitude for Pastor Jerry’s impact on the lives of many people through his ministry, prayers and spiritual guidance.
He joined well-wishers around the world in celebrating Pastor Jerry Eze and prayed for God’s continued blessings, protection and greater grace upon his life and ministry.
“May God continue to bless you. Happy birthday, my brother,” he added.
The birthday gesture has attracted attention on social media, with many Nigerians celebrating the businessman for honouring the pastor with the lavish gift.
