Prince Tagoe appointed Sporting Director at Joseph Paintsil’s club

Former Black Stars attacker Prince Tagoe has been appointed Sporting Director of Joseph Paintsil (JP) Football Club ahead of the 2026/2027 season.
In his new role with the Division Two club, Tagoe will be responsible for overseeing key football operations at JP FC.
His duties are expected to include scouting, transfer activities and player recruitment to help the team assemble a competitive squad.

The former Hearts of Oak forward will also coordinate with the technical team and contribute to long-term squad development as the club seeks to build a stable team capable of competing for honours.
Prince Tagoe has welcomed the appointment as he braces himself for a new challenge and looks to continue developing his career off the pitch.
The appointment is viewed as an important step in the club’s ambition to build a sustainable football project aimed at securing promotion to the Division One League.
The club, owned by LA Galaxy winger Joseph Paintsil, is putting measures in place to recruit experienced personalities for key roles as the new season approaches, with the aim of working diligently to secure promotion.
The appointment marks a new chapter in Prince Tagoe’s career as he transitions from playing football to developing himself as a football technical expert.
