Semenyo, Haaland, Thiago and Others: Check out the full PFA Team of the Year

The PFA Premier League Team of the Year for the 2025/26 season has been revealed, with Arsenal and Manchester City dominating the players' selection. The prestigious XI was announced at the PFA Awards at the Manchester Opera House on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, with nine of the 11 players coming from Arsenal and Manchester City. Premier League champions Arsenal have the biggest representation with five players, including goalkeeper David Raya, defenders William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhães and Jurriën Timber, and midfielder Declan Rice. Manchester City have four representatives in the team. Young star Nico O'Reilly joins Rayan Cherki, Erling Haaland and Ghana international Antoine Semenyo. The only two players from outside the two dominant clubs are Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes and Brentford striker Igor Thiago. Fernandes' selection caps an outstanding individual campaign for the Portuguese midfielder, who was also named the PFA Men's Players' Player of the Year after a record-breaking Premier League season. He registered 21 assists, setting a new league record. O'Reilly also enjoyed a memorable night after being named PFA Young Player of the Year, before being selected in the Team of the Year.
