Celebrity weddings are often expected to come with glamour, expensive outfits, star-studded guest lists, and endless social media updates. From elaborate decorations to designer gowns, many celebrity unions become major entertainment events even before the couple walks down the aisle. However, not every Ghanaian celebrity has chosen to make their marriage ceremony a huge public spectacle. Some have deliberately kept their weddings intimate, inviting only close family members and friends, while others managed to keep details of their special day away from the public until after the ceremony. That said, here are five Ghanaian celebrities who opted for relatively low-key wedding ceremonies. 1. Trigmatic and Louisa Ghanaian rapper and media personality Trigmatic, known in private life as Nana Yaw Oduro-Agyei, surprised many when news emerged that he had remarried in 2025. Trigmatic tied the knot with his new bride, Louisa, in a private ceremony in Accra on August 30, 2025. Reports indicated that only close friends and family members were invited to the ceremony, which was deliberately kept away from the public spotlight. Krymi and Esinam Ghanaian musician Krymi and his wife, Esinam, also kept their wedding relatively intimate. Bisa Kdei later explained that he deliberately kept his marriage secret because he wanted to protect his wife from social media scrutiny. Speaking on Hitz FM, he said he did not want people making comments about his marriage and described the wedding as a “coded affair”.
