How I was 'sexually molested' by three women from Kasoa – Uber driver shares his ordeal

An Uber driver whose name has been withheld has recounted an alleged sexual assault involving three women. Recounting the incident in an interview on Kasapa FM, the driver, who lives in Kasoa Budumburam, said the three women contacted him to take them to East Legon Hills. He said he interacted with them during the trip and agreed to return the following morning to take them back to Kasoa. “There are three women who live in the neighbourhood that I’m not too familiar with. They requested my services to take them to East Legon Hills, and because of the nature of Uber, you mostly don’t get trips when operating in Kasoa,” he narrated. According to him, upon arriving at their destination, the women asked him to enter the apartment briefly so he could identify the location when he returned the following morning. He said the situation changed after he entered the apartment, alleging that one of the women locked the door and took away the keys. “Immediately, I entered the apartment; one of the women locked the door and took away the keys. All three women were well-built and stout, while I am smallish, so they overpowered me and began running their hands all over my body,” he said. The driver said he pleaded with the women to let him go, but they allegedly ignored his pleas. He claimed that one of the women pinned his legs against the bed while the three women took turns sexually assaulting him. “I asked to leave immediately, but they ignored my pleas. One of them pinned my legs against the bed, making me unable to move, while all three of them took turns having their way with me,” he disclosed. He said he became weak after the incident but managed to return to his car, where he slept for about two hours. “I couldn’t move after the ordeal because I was weak after the encounter. I dragged myself slowly into my car, where I managed to sleep for about two hours,” he said. The driver also alleged that the women did not pay him for the trip. He said he later returned home and reported the incident to the police but claimed that his complaint was not taken seriously. “They failed to pay me for my driving services as well, and after regaining consciousness, I came home and reported the case to the police. The police made fun of my situation, and so I left,” he claimed. Watch the video below: MAG/MA Inside Ghana’s Abandoned Engineering Powerhouse: What Went Wrong? Source: www.ghanaweb.com
