'Why should I date a pastor when there are businessmen and politicians?' - Elorm Aba

Ghanaian actress Elorm Aba has stated that she can never enter into a romantic relationship with a pastor. Speaking on Aluta FM, Elorm said that when there are businessmen and politicians, she sees no reason to date a pastor. According to her, God would even be angry with her if she dated a pastor, arguing that when one is already sinning, there is no need to go to church and continue the sin. “I cannot date a pastor. When there are businessmen and politicians, why should I choose to date a pastor? God would even be angry with me. You are already sinning, so why would you go to church and continue the sin?” she said. Elorm Aba shares thoughts on LilWin’s decision to work with Nollywood actors She went on to say that when pastors have their hearts broken in relationships, they may not see anything in the spiritual realm when they are behind the pulpit, but could act as though they do, which she attributed to the effects of heartbreak. According to her, although she attends church, she would never accept a marriage proposal from a pastor. Elorm Aba further made a controversial claim that about 90% of women in Ghana have their apartments rented for them by men.
