‘I’m afraid of approaching women’ - Skyface SDW

Asakaa rapper Skyface SDW has revealed that he is afraid of approaching women, claiming that a negative experience during his junior high school days and the relationship troubles of some of his friends have made him cautious about making romantic advances.
Speaking in an interview on The Delay Show, the rapper said he had never proposed to a woman since entering university.
Skyface traced his apprehension to an incident during his junior high school days, when an attempt to approach a girl ended with him being punished by his school's headteacher.
He explained that the girl reported the incident to her mother, who subsequently took the matter to the school authorities.

“I once approached a girl in JHS on a Friday, and I thought it was cool. On Monday, I was called during assembly and lashed by the headteacher,” he recounted.
The experience, he suggested, influenced his approach to relationships, leaving him reluctant to make the first move even when he later attended the University of Ghana.
Skyface also said the experiences of some of his friends with women had reinforced his caution.
“I don't approach women,” he said, adding humorously that he was a virgin.
Despite describing himself as a “ladies' man”, the rapper maintained that he remained wary of women, joking that they could be unpredictable.
His comments offered a lighter, more personal glimpse into the life of the Asakaa artiste, whose public persona has largely been associated with his music and signature masked identity.
