CCTV captures two suspects in alleged Tetegu theft; $20,000, GH¢300,000 reportedly stolen

Two individuals have allegedly been captured on CCTV in connection with a reported theft at a residence in Tetegu, with the suspects said to have made away with cash in three currencies, mobile phones, electronics and other valuables.

The incident reportedly occurred on September 15, 2026, according to a resident who reported the case.

The alleged stolen items include $20,000, GH¢300,000 and CFA 300,000, alongside three iPhones, three Samsung phones, a PlayStation 5 (PS5) game console, speakers and other personal belongings.

The CCTV footage is expected to be relevant to efforts to identify the two individuals allegedly involved in the incident. However, their identities and the circumstances surrounding the reported theft have not been independently established.

The victim is appealing to members of the public who may have information that could assist the police with their investigations to come forward.
