Permit me to also talk about fees university students have to pay. There's a university in the legon / madina enclave. Their level 100 students will go on vacation and come back in two weeks time. Where will their parents/ guardians get the funds to pay their school fees. There has also been a wide intake of level 100 students which is causing academic disruption in the lecture halls I'm told.
