Former Black Stars player, Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu was spotted at the Electoral Commission’s Headquarters at Ridge in Accra participating in the ongoing limited voter registration exercise.
The ex-Ghana international was captured in a happy mood as he went through the process of acquiring his Voter’s ID Card.
Some of the new registrants were stunned when the ex-player appeared to take part in the exercise.
Agyemang Badu started his career at a very young age and spent most of his career playing abroad.
He was part of Ghana’s U-20 side that won the 2009 U20 FIFA World Cup and made 78 appearances for the Black Stars.
The registration exercise, which commenced on Tuesday, May 7, targets first-time voters and those who wish to obtain a voter card.
The 21-day exercise is scheduled to conclude on May 27, 2024.
