Francis Kingsley Ato Codjoe born July 31 1971 is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Ekumfi Constituency in the Central Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.
He obtained an EMBA and a B.sc from the University of Ghana .
