John Oti Bless born October 19 1979 is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Nkwanta North Constituency in the Volta Region on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress.
He obtained a diploma and degree from the University of Ghana.He was also self employed from 2007 to 2013.
