Minority in Parliament is holding a press conference to clarify their position on the report by the 5-member cash-for-seat committee.
The committee was set up to probe into allegations of extortion and improper conduct on the path of the Trade Ministry in relation to a dinner organised by the Millenium Excellence Foundation to honour some expatriate businessmen
The Minority, however, walked out from parliament when the report was due to be considered by the House.
They claim that they were given a very short period to inspect the work presented by the committee hence did not want to take part in the approval process.
