Hearts of Oak's head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, likened his starting lineup to an army, emphasizing the readiness of every player to be called upon at any moment.
The Ivorian coach expressed his preference for viewing the team as a cohesive unit, rather than focusing excessively on individual performances.
Following the Phobians' convincing 3-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea in a Ghana Premier League Match Week 29 encounter on Wednesday, the seasoned trainer shared his perspective during a post-match interview.
When questioned about the standout performances of goalkeeper Kwesi Nketia and Raphael Amponsah, Ouattara chose to underscore the collective efforts of the entire team instead.
"We have the team; I don't talk about individuals. Everyone can come into the starting lineup; it's like the army. If you are not there, somebody can replace you—no problem.
"We have the talent. We want to develop this talent and bring it to a portable level. We are coming from minus one; slowly, we are coming up."
The win comes as a significant relief for Aboubakar Ouattara's team, taking them to 12th place on the table with 38 points, six points clear of the relegation zone.
