    Everything Government ... Why can't the council forge some business alliance with the Tourism Board, and other Business partners that stand to profit from this Paragliding Events to invest.

    The fact is that the paragliding event is fully controlled by the government, (Ministry Of Tourism) so that it is not a private event.

    At least the govt OUGHT TO BE WISE to know that the road leading to the top of Mt Odwe ...
