    This is the best decision a public official has ever made since Nkrumah. Letting only Galvao alone do the construction is the right decision. Different contractors would mean different qualities.

    IF D OTHER CONTRACTORS HAVE BEEN NEGLIGENT, THEN YOU CAN CANCEL THOSE CONTRACTS AS U SUGGESTED.
    JUST BE CAREFUL U DON'T RUN INTO JUDGEMENT DEBTS.

    It's not the duty of the contractor to educate the settlers to relocate but rather government /Highway must do that. It's true governance is a continues process therefore, thanks to JDM for this project.
